Richard Beleutz is Managing Director of the Chicago Family Office Association, an organization that provides information, opportunities and investment resources to substantial families, individuals and the top advisors who serve them in Chicago.

Mr. Beleutz is Managing Partner of Alternative Investment Resource (AIR), an independent boutique financial services firm focused exclusively on alternative investments. AIR acts as an independent private equity sponsor and investment banking advisor providing services to the middle market. While the AI Resource team has broad experience base across many sectors, the firm has a concentrated focus on healthcare and financial services. AIR is headquartered in Chicago, with operations in New York and Dallas. Current holdings include a biotech company, a hospital management services company, a hedge fund, and a specialty finance company focused on underserved lending and banking niches. Previously, he was managing member at Beleutz & Associates, LLC and a branch manager for Ameriprise.
